Partner with Key Account Directors on account strategy and use AI tools, Gong, and Salesforce to research accounts, identify risks, prepare reviews, and demonstrate platform ROI.

Own and consolidate two Salesforce instances through a merger, administer the post-merge org (users, permissions, workflows, integrations), diagnose and fix root-cause data quality issues, collaborate with Marketing Ops and Sales Ops on handoffs and reporting, build training and guardrails, and design AI agents/automations to reduce manual CRM work.
