Leads the Creative Services function within a life sciences delivery practice. Supervises creative teams, develops processes and training, manages resources, supports business development, presents concepts to clients, and oversees print and digital design from concept through completion. Partners with account, editorial, content, and industry teams to deliver strategic, accurate, brand-aligned communications for pharmaceutical and medical communication clients.

Leads project workstreams for pharmaceutical consulting engagements involving pricing, reimbursement, market access, and commercialization. Conducts primary and secondary research, analyzes qualitative and quantitative data, identifies risks and opportunities, and develops evidence-based strategic recommendations. Creates presentations, manages project activities, coordinates competing priorities, and supports global client engagements across healthcare markets.

Leads and supports consulting workstreams for pharmaceutical clients on pricing, reimbursement, market access, and commercialization. Conducts secondary and primary research, analyzes qualitative and quantitative data, develops evidence-based recommendations, creates project plans and deliverables, and presents insights to clients. Builds client relationships while ensuring high-quality, timely outputs across global markets.
