Lead the creation and delivery of Red Hat’s IT strategy advisory service in Japan. Advise CXO-level clients on business, IT, AI, and legacy modernization strategies; develop roadmaps, target-state architectures, BPR initiatives, RFPs, and vendor selections. Provide PMO support, build consensus among stakeholders, communicate technology value, support sales and partnerships, and help define the offering, methodology, branding, and go-to-market strategy.

Design and deliver production-grade enterprise AI architecture blueprints and open-source Quickstarts. Build integrations, benchmarking/evaluation harnesses, and secure, compliant deployment patterns across cloud-native and heterogeneous hardware environments.

Lead enterprise sales opportunities for Red Hat OpenShift and hybrid cloud solutions across key accounts and new customers. Build account plans, advise senior executives, conduct customer meetings, support deal progression and closure, and develop strategic customer relationships. Guide organizations through virtualization-to-cloud transformation, connect technical solutions to business needs, and collaborate with marketing, product, engineering, professional services, and support teams. The role requires expertise in hybrid cloud, DevOps, Generative AI, MLOps, and AI inference, plus fluency in English and French.
