Serve as the primary technical contact for key customers on Red Hat OpenShift, providing architectural guidance, proactive reviews, troubleshooting, incident management, and advocacy. Build and grow customer relationships, create engagement plans, coordinate with engineering/product teams, present operational performance reviews, and support platform adoption. Travel regionally as required.

Lead engineering of enterprise observability and log management: build and scale OpenTelemetry pipelines, manage Cribl dataflows, configure Sumo Logic and Datadog, maintain PagerDuty incident routing, automate deployments with Ansible, enforce telemetry standards, and mentor teams with runbooks and enablement sessions.

Manage and grow Red Hat solution sales in Chile through partners. Develop joint business plans, promote joint solutions, drive partner and direct sales, engage executives, and collaborate with vertical teams to increase revenue.
