Teams at Red Hat

Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts in Japan (manufacturing, distribution, services). Build C-level relationships, lead account teams, create global account strategies, drive revenue and pipeline across Red Hat products and services, coordinate presales and consulting resources, and deliver accurate forecasts and account growth.

Develop and integrate networking hardware (SmartNICs/DPUs) with RHEL and OpenShift by writing C, Python, or Go. Troubleshoot kernel and driver issues, automate testing and deployment, collaborate with senior engineers, and explore AI tooling to improve development workflows and CI/CD integration.

Lead strategic AI solutioning across sales, delivery, and product teams. Evangelize and scope Red Hat AI offerings, design first-of-a-kind customer solutions, guide pilot and production deployments, and scale repeatable service models. Mentor junior staff, communicate with C-level customers, and translate customer feedback into GTM and product direction.
