Deliver hands-on enterprise technology implementations using Red Hat solutions. Consultants collaborate with project teams, translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions, maintain project documentation, support scalable infrastructure, mentor others, and develop expertise in Linux, Kubernetes, cloud, virtualization, automation, and OpenShift. The role includes intensive training, customer-facing project delivery, technical leadership development, and frequent travel across North America.

Leads presales architecture and technical solution selling for Red Hat Lightwell. Designs enterprise DevSecOps, software supply chain security, and deployment architectures; conducts discovery, POCs, technical validations, RFP responses, and executive presentations. Integrates partner technologies across OpenShift, Ansible, RHEL, Kubernetes, security scanning, artifact management, and cloud security ecosystems. Acts as a technical evangelist, enables field teams, supports GTM content, and converts customer feedback into product engineering requests and roadmap priorities.

Provide on-site consulting and implementation of Red Hat infrastructure technologies, with a focus on OpenShift. Advise customers on cloud environments, define architectures, design and deploy open-source solutions, resolve technical problems, document projects, and communicate progress and risks to stakeholders across multiple projects and industries.
