Configure, develop, and support Oracle Utilities Application Framework solutions: gather requirements, produce technical designs, implement code, ensure quality and standards, and support go-live and client teams.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of Oracle CX4U solutions for utility clients, including integrations with smart meters/IoT, billing and outage management, AI/ML-driven personalization, compliance reporting, data migration, and client-facing workshops. Mentor teams and contribute to solution accelerators and go-to-market activities.

Designs, deploys, maintains, and troubleshoots resilient infrastructure supporting Oracle Utilities software for clients. Responsibilities include Linux server configuration, networking, firewalls, VPNs, hardware and software tuning, connectivity troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, process improvement, metrics, client communication, technical support, and on-call incident response. Preferred work includes WebLogic administration, virtualization, backup systems, Oracle Database administration, Active Directory, DNS, and Microsoft Office support. The role is remote within the United States with occasional travel for go-lives, incidents, and data center work.

Owns the architecture, delivery, and support of Oracle Utilities integration and enterprise reporting solutions. Leads designs across MDM, CC&B, ODM, and OUA; governs Oracle Data Integrator standards; and implements reporting with Oracle analytics tools. Translates requirements into solution architectures, resolves complex synchronization issues, guides technical teams, mentors developers, and ensures performance and quality. Serves as the senior technical authority for clients while aligning solutions with Oracle’s future-state Utilities roadmap. The remote role requires up to 80% travel.

Serve as a senior techno-functional consultant for Oracle Utilities solutions, including CCS, CC&B, and MDM. Gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, design and develop solutions, support testing and defect resolution, and advise on technical best practices. Collaborate with client IT, business teams, project leadership, and delivery teams while providing knowledge transfer and supporting agile SDLC execution.

Designs end-to-end technical and functional architectures for Oracle Utilities implementations, including MDM, billing, customer engagement, integrations, data flows, governance, and reporting. Translates client requirements into scalable solutions, identifies cross-system risks, collaborates with consultants and stakeholders, and provides architectural oversight through build, testing, and deployment. The role also contributes to standards, reusable designs, and proposal or solution-shaping activities.

Implement, configure, and customize Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service (WACS) solutions. Develop business objects, scripts, workflows; write code in Groovy, Java, XML, and PL/SQL; integrate with other utilities systems; support requirements gathering, testing, data migration, and troubleshooting across WACS environments.

The Test Lead oversees manual and automated testing of enterprise applications, managing testing activities, developing test plans, and maintaining quality metrics, with significant client interaction and travel involved.

The Program Manager leads complex SDLC projects, manages a small team, mentors PMs, supports sales, and drives financial management.

The Project Manager manages small to medium complexity SDLC projects, ensuring effective delivery, financial performance, and client satisfaction while leading a team and driving business development.

The OUAF Consultant will gather business requirements, develop technical specs, configure Oracle Utilities, support go-live activities, and ensure coding compliance.

Lead Oracle WAM/WACS implementation projects, collaborate with utility clients, design solutions, and guide the integration of various Oracle technologies to enhance asset management.

QA Tester will design and execute manual test cases, map requirements to test coverage, assist test lead on strategy, perform unit testing, document and track defects, facilitate UAT and production deployments, and work closely with clients and implementation teams. Role focuses on Oracle Utilities CC&B/MDM in the utility industry and requires extensive travel.
