Lead end-to-end product design for an AI-powered women’s health platform. Responsibilities include defining UX vision, creating interaction models, information architecture, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces, prototypes, design systems, and user research. Collaborate with product, engineering, ML, marketing, and leadership teams to translate business needs into customer-focused solutions, manage design initiatives, and measure product success through user feedback and metrics.

Supports multiple executives by managing complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, agendas, follow-ups, and confidential information. Processes expenses and reconciliations through Concur and Unanet, maintains administrative records, and coordinates with Finance. Manages daily McLean office operations, including access, supplies, equipment, vendors, onboarding logistics, and onsite events. The role requires strong organization, discretion, communication, initiative, and three days per week onsite in McLean, Virginia.

Design, build, and operate secure, portable platform infrastructure across public, private, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Containerize applications, develop infrastructure-as-code modules, and maintain CI/CD and GitOps workflows, releases, upgrades, and rollbacks. Operate Kubernetes, networking, security, observability, and production reliability systems. Lead architecture and engineering standards, improve cloud portability, support customer-controlled deployments, and mentor engineers across teams.
