Leads a cross-functional team delivering an AI-enabled federal decision-support capability from discovery through deployment and operations. Owns technical strategy, architecture, integration, delivery planning, risk management, security, quality, and operational readiness. Aligns software, data, AI, infrastructure, DevSecOps, and cybersecurity teams while partnering with customers and stakeholders. Builds and mentors the technical organization, resolves ambiguity, and ensures secure, explainable, maintainable systems are delivered effectively.

Owns new business development and account expansion across military services and Combatant Commands. Responsibilities include territory strategy, sourcing and closing new federal software business, capture and contract-vehicle selection, funding alignment, executive and customer relationship management, CRM and forecast discipline, and translating mission needs into product feedback. Requires extensive intelligence-community technology sales experience, first-dollar wins, acquisition fluency, and an active TS/SCI with polygraph.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, specifications, and delivery of AI and ML-driven enterprise products. Collaborate with customers, engineering, design, marketing, sales, and presales to define use cases, develop features, manage dependencies, ensure quality, support go-to-market efforts, and evangelize products. Monitor market trends and competitors while building strong stakeholder relationships.
