Monitor market trends and competitors while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Advise DEFCON AI by applying firsthand nuclear Triad modernization expertise to validate optimization models and decision-support tools. Pressure-test assumptions, interpret model outputs, and collaborate with technical and customer teams. Organize, clean, reconcile, and visualize acquisition, budget, cost, schedule, and performance data. Apply knowledge of PPBE, POM cycles, milestone decisions, appropriations, and operational planning to inform senior-level resource and program decisions.
