Lead and grow a mechanical engineering team to deliver UAV and quadcopter platforms from concept through production. Own departmental objectives, resource planning, budgets, mechanical architecture, integration, verification, BOM/PLM management, supplier relationships, DFM/DFA/DFT practices, NPI and manufacturing scale-up, and drive cross-functional initiatives and continuous improvement.

Lead and develop the manufacturing engineering team to design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, and production systems for unmanned maritime platforms. Drive NPI, process improvements, Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, quality and compliance, tooling and fixture design, and cross-functional collaboration to enable scalable, repeatable production.

The Electrical Engineer in Test will focus on quality assurance testing, develop and execute engineering verification tests, troubleshoot issues, and automate testing processes.
