Owns configuration management across military and commercial drone platforms, including hardware, software, firmware, BOMs, revisions, variants, and build standards. Establishes CM processes, manages SAP and Arena PLM data, leads configuration audits, maintains traceability and baselines, tracks status metrics, and supports regulatory compliance. Collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality teams to resolve discrepancies and support new UAS programs.

Conduct verification, validation, evaluation, and demonstration testing for unmanned aerial systems. Create and execute test cases, develop test automation, analyze results, document findings, track defects, and collaborate with engineering, development, manufacturing, and pilot teams. Ensure compliance with UAS regulations and safety requirements while improving QA processes. The role also estimates testing timelines and contributes testability input during product development.

Designs and sustains complex electrical subsystems and PCBAs for UAVs from concept through production. Leads EMC compliance, EVT development and testing, troubleshooting, design reviews, manufacturing test collaboration, trade studies, PCB layout, BOM management, and sustaining engineering. Works cross-functionally with mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and external partners while serving as a subject-matter expert in multiple UAV technologies.
