Creates curriculum, T&EOs, and assessment frameworks; conducts classroom, simulation, and field instruction; coordinates with engineering, operations, and government stakeholders; manages schedules, logistics, certifications, and training reporting; ensures safety and compliance and supports mission integration and post-training sustainment.
