Leads Red Cat’s commercial revenue strategy across public safety, enterprise, private security, mapping, inspection, and other non-DoD markets. Owns pipeline, forecasting, channel strategy, strategic accounts, go-to-market execution, partnerships, pricing, and sales processes. Collaborates with Product and Engineering, represents the company at industry events, and recruits and coaches commercial sales personnel as the business grows.

Leads complex aerospace and defense programs across their full lifecycle, managing cost, schedules, technical performance, risks, budgets, resources, and customer relationships. Coordinates engineering, operations, finance, business development, government customers, and prime contractors. Develops program plans, controls, metrics, proposals, and integrated schedules while supporting capture activities and ensuring compliance with company, export-control, ITAR, and EAR requirements. The role requires cross-functional leadership, customer communication, occasional facility work, and travel up to 25%.

Develop and lead production embedded C/C++ software for autonomous aircraft and UAS platforms across microcontrollers and Linux processors. Integrate cameras, radar, lidar, IMUs, GNSS, and perception systems; optimize real-time performance; build automated tests and simulators; and diagnose issues through flight testing. The role spans architecture, hardware bring-up, vehicle integration, certification evidence, and technical mentorship while collaborating with electrical, controls, autonomy, manufacturing, and flight-operations teams.
