The Proposal Coordinator manages proposal development processes, ensuring compliance with deadlines, coordinating cross-functional inputs, tracking progress, and maintaining documentation for federal and defense solicitations.

Support customer operations, aftermarket services, and cross-functional teams by managing service/repair requests, spare parts fulfillment, and order processing. Develop and analyze operational reports and KPIs, maintain CRM/ERP data integrity, support inventory forecasting, and drive process improvements. Coordinate with Finance, Revenue/Sales Ops, Supply Chain, and subsidiaries to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Lead and scale ASR's federal defense business development: define capture strategy, own senior customer relationships, drive proposal and pricing strategy across DoD and allied markets, translate customer needs into product roadmap priorities, manage pipeline forecasting, represent ASR externally, and personally execute major pursuits while building the future BD organization.
