The Business Development Manager will manage the full sales cycle, build client relationships, and collaborate with teams to meet revenue targets and expand existing accounts.

Design, develop, and manage SharePoint sites, workflows, lists, libraries, permissions, and integrations. Build Power Platform automations, customize with SPFx/HTML/CSS/JavaScript, administer SQL Server/PowerShell/AD, troubleshoot issues, manage content and records, monitor tasking and shared mailboxes, and support records management and prototype evaluations for the External Affairs office.

Provide on-site administrative and clerical support to External Affairs: monitor shared inboxes, log and track requests, proofread and edit documents, maintain files and expense reports, coordinate meetings and events, generate reports, and support task management workflows and records management.
