Own Red Badger’s global IT and infrastructure across multiple international hubs. Manage identity and access, cloud networking, SaaS vendors, device fleets, user support, AV systems, onboarding workflows, security policies, disaster recovery, and ISO 27001/Cyber Essentials compliance. Lead infrastructure expansion, travel to regional offices when needed, and build a distributed IT team.

Build and operate client-facing web applications with a front-end focus using React and Next.js, alongside Node.js services, REST APIs, integrations, data systems, and .NET services. Collaborate with designers, shape product and technical solutions, maintain component libraries, implement secure authentication, and contribute to architecture, testing, code reviews, CI/CD, and production releases in an agile Kanban environment.

Lead product discovery and delivery for client engagements: define vision and roadmap, own the backlog, champion user-centred design and data-driven decisions, mentor teams, and influence stakeholders to launch and iterate digital products.
