Analyzes structured, unstructured, and semi-structured datasets using data engineering, machine learning, statistical analysis, visualization, and text-processing techniques. The role develops recommendations for data acquisition and enterprise data strategy, identifies patterns and anomalies, researches emerging methodologies, and presents findings to senior government leadership. It also requires collaboration with contractor teams and use of project management and documentation tools.

Develops and sustains cloud software through requirements analysis, development, integration, testing, validation, enhancement, and issue resolution. The role includes cloud software research, installation, evaluation, and ongoing engineering support. Candidates need at least five years of directly related experience, cloud development certifications, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. A technical bachelor’s or master’s degree may substitute for portions of the experience requirement.

Develop and maintain web-based Java applications supporting compliant IC data management and movement. Design complex algorithms, perform quality control, improve documentation and development standards, collaborate with systems and hardware engineers, and coordinate software installation and operational monitoring. The role uses Agile methods and technologies including Quarkus, PrimeFaces, SQL, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
