Lead modernization of a data tracking and metrics system by designing and implementing highly usable user interfaces. Conduct user research, task analysis, accessibility/508 testing, usability testing, and create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes. Collaborate with developers, product designers, and stakeholders to ensure user-centered solutions and document UI specifications.

Lead cradle-to-grave administration of prime and subcontract agreements for DoD/IC programs. Negotiate NDAs, TAs, subcontracts and JVs; monitor funding, LOF/LOC, burn rates and forecasts; maintain CPSR audit readiness; lead DCAA/DCMA audits; mitigate OCI and contractual risk; align proposals with capture and BD; oversee subcontractor performance and serve as executive and government liaison.

Lead design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI data platforms powering vector search, RAG, LLMs, and agentic AI. Architect data governance, pipelines, observability, and integrations across cloud, security, and engineering teams. Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, evaluate emerging technologies, and communicate program risks and tradeoffs to senior leadership.
