Architects and operates enterprise AI data platforms supporting vector search, RAG, LLM applications, and Agentic AI. Establishes data governance, lineage, traceability, explainability, and evaluation controls. Partners with engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and mission stakeholders to deliver secure cloud-native capabilities. Leads technology evaluation, platform monitoring, operational reliability, and executive communication. Requires extensive experience in AI/ML platform development, distributed systems, cloud architecture, data engineering, MLOps, and enterprise data systems, along with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with polygraph.

Leads systems engineering integration across requirements, architecture, design, implementation, and testing. Develops technical and systems engineering documentation, guides feasibility studies and planning, resolves technical issues with government stakeholders, and ensures deliverable integrity. Supports Scrum and SAFe/Agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, Inspect and Adapt, and Program Increment planning. Requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph and substantial systems engineering experience.

Improves and aligns enterprise processes using process improvement and engineering methodologies. Facilitates project teams, coordinates process and practice transfers through training and knowledge sharing, and integrates engineering efforts across multiple teams. Responsibilities include change management, methodology development, acquisition lifecycle process engineering, organizational development, activity and data modeling, and business management techniques.
