Candidates need at least five years of directly related experience, cloud development certifications, and an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. A technical bachelor’s or master’s degree may substitute for portions of the experience requirement.

Develop and maintain web-based Java applications supporting compliant IC data management and movement. Design complex algorithms, perform quality control, improve documentation and development standards, collaborate with systems and hardware engineers, and coordinate software installation and operational monitoring. The role uses Agile methods and technologies including Quarkus, PrimeFaces, SQL, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.
