Manufacturing Engineer responsible for optimizing production processes, improving quality, throughput, yield, and material utilization, and reducing waste and costs. The role leads Lean initiatives, supports safety and equipment improvements, develops process documentation, qualifies materials, assists with new product development, and manages capital improvement projects. This hands-on position works across Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Production in both office and manufacturing-floor environments.
