Lead Recursive's full-cycle recruiting and hiring strategy: forecast headcount, source and manage candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, track recruitment metrics, support visa/work-permit processes, build talent pipelines, and partner with senior stakeholders to scale hiring across technical, commercial, and corporate functions.
