Leads regional health, safety, and environmental activities across multiple sites. Responsibilities include risk assessments, inspections, incident investigations, regulatory reporting, emergency planning, safety training, contractor oversight, management-system implementation and audits, client engagement, HSE metrics, and continuous improvement. The role coordinates HSE teams, supports ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 compliance, develops global standards, and advises leadership on workplace safety and environmental risks.

Manage global financial consolidation, monthly close, financial statement preparation, audit schedules, SEC reporting, and U.S. GAAP compliance. Maintain and enhance Hyperion Financial Management, improve accounting policies and internal controls, review subsidiary data, advise regional teams on complex transactions, and coordinate with auditors, advisors, and internal finance functions. The role also leads and develops junior staff while supporting North American and EMEA operations.

Support interconnection strategy and execution for utility-scale solar, energy storage, and clean energy projects. Responsibilities include managing RTO/ISO and utility study processes, evaluating transmission constraints and upgrade costs, reviewing power system analyses, overseeing consultants, supporting interconnection agreement negotiations, and advising development, engineering, and construction teams on grid integration risks, timelines, and economics.
