Provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the COO and potentially the broader C-suite. Manages accounting and consolidated financial operations across five international nonprofit entities. Responsibilities include bookkeeping, multi-currency treasury, budgeting, forecasting, payroll, statutory reporting, audits, donor and grant compliance, financial dashboards, and executive reporting. The role also supervises distributed finance staff, supports regulatory compliance, and translates complex financial information into clear strategic insights for leadership, trustees, and donors.

Oversee daily accounting operations for SME clients, including financial statement reviews, management accounts, VAT returns, tax compliance, and SARS/CIPC submissions. Lead and mentor junior accountants, provide client financial and tax advisory, manage relationships, and improve bookkeeping and reporting workflows through technology. The role is permanent, full-time, and on-site in Westlake, Cape Town.
