Conduct executive background checks, PEP, AML, sanctions, and financial sanctions screenings for Board and senior executive candidates. Analyze complex findings, identify reputational, regulatory, legal, and capability risks, prepare evidence-based reports, and present recommendations to Boards and executive leadership. Maintain confidentiality and comply with POPIA and governance legislation while managing multiple assessments remotely.

Manage the full 360-degree recruitment lifecycle across permanent, contract, and contractor placements. Source executive and C-suite candidates using AI and modern recruitment technology, advise senior clients, develop new business, manage desk revenue, and maintain candidate and client relationships. The role requires agency recruitment experience, commission-based performance, ATS and CRM proficiency, and remote-work readiness in South Africa.
