Teams at Recovery Centers of Montana LLC

Perform routine cleaning of building common areas: empty trash, vacuum and mop floors (including hardwood), light dusting, clean glass and bathrooms, replace toiletries, spot carpet cleaning, and follow supervisor instructions and site schedule.

Provides peer-based mental health support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Builds supportive relationships, promotes empowerment and self-determination, assists with crisis stabilization, relapse prevention, problem-solving, community resource connections, and transportation. Collaborates with treatment teams, develops case plans, facilitates support activities, documents services, reports observations, meets caseload and billing requirements, and supports participant and family engagement.
