Build end-to-end product features across data pipelines, backend services, LLM integrations, workflow orchestration, and UI. Ship production code, write and iterate specs, integrate AI tooling, partner directly with operations, ensure correctness and auditability in a regulated domain, own production systems (observability, on-call), and help define engineering culture.

Lead and design end-to-end claims operations for a healthcare AI startup: build workflows (ingestion, eligibility, evidence packaging, submission, settlement), turn claim patterns into production specs, define AI-human division of labor, establish metrics and cadence, onboard partners, and collaborate with engineering to ship product while using agentic AI tooling directly.

Lead architecture and build the core intelligence layer: design foundational data architecture, define expected-value and win-probability models, deploy production LLM integrations, ensure HIPAA/SOC2 compliance and auditability, recruit and lead the engineering team, and deliver ML-enabled, high-impact systems that operate across provider systems and regulatory constraints.

Run end-to-end claims workflow (ingestion, eligibility, evidence packaging, submission, settlement), use AI tools to automate processes, write specs/checklists/prompts, build dashboards and SOPs, partner with engineering and Head of Ops, and own quality and throughput metrics.
