Build end-to-end product features across data pipelines, backend services, LLM integrations, workflow orchestration, and UI. Ship production code, write and iterate specs, integrate AI tooling, partner directly with operations, ensure correctness and auditability in a regulated domain, own production systems (observability, on-call), and help define engineering culture.

Own market intelligence from CMS public use files and other sources: build and maintain market models, size prospect opportunities, produce prospect analyses and briefs, track competitors and regulatory shifts, and build repeatable tooling to operationalize insights for go-to-market.

Analyze dispute outcomes and claims data to build payer profiles, model offer strategies, run loss analysis, benchmark versus CMS data, and convert insights into automated product rules and team dashboards.

Lead both product and operations: own the roadmap, operating cadence, and the loop from claims operations to engineering. Write actionable specs, run customer launches, grow the ops team, and increase automation while acting as a strategic second voice to the CEO and a customer-facing leader for health systems.

Design and maintain ingestion pipelines for 835/837 and scanned EOBs: OCR, LLM-assisted extraction, integrations (SFTP, clearinghouses), data modeling, validation, and reconciliation to produce deterministic, trustworthy healthcare records.

Design and own the decision-intelligence layer: build models and LLM systems to decide which claims to contest and offer amounts, create evaluation pipelines and golden datasets, architect deterministic vs learned components, close feedback loops from outcomes, and produce explainable recommendations for customers.

Own pipeline generation by turning CMS public data into a repeatable targeting engine. Build segmentation, messaging, outbound sequences and tooling, produce qualified meetings and opportunities, collaborate with partnerships to close, create prospect content, and continually test channels and offers to optimize pipeline.

Own enterprise provider relationships from first contact through procurement and expansion. Build opportunity analyses using public CMS data, qualify and close six‑figure ARR deals, navigate hospital procurement (security reviews, BAA/MSA), grow accounts, manage pipeline and ARR, and feed market insights into product and positioning.

Own end-to-end state-level arbitration: research statutes and agency practices, build filing processes and routing logic, encode rules with engineering, produce operator-ready workflows, and own filing volume, win rate, and recoveries for each state.

Own end-to-end federal IDR disputes: determine eligibility, prepare CMS submissions, track deadlines, handle payer correspondence, read 835/EOBs to reconstruct payments, and convert recurring patterns into specs, SQL queries, checklists, and AI-assisted tooling to automate routine work.
