Lead design, optimization, and enablement of end-to-end business processes and ERP/CRM systems. Map current-state processes, design future-state workflows, translate into system requirements, drive implementations, establish governance, define KPIs, analyze data for continuous improvement, and partner cross-functionally to support digital transformation and M&A integrations.

Collects and processes packaging, WEEE and batteries data using in-house software and Excel. Conducts site weighing and sample collection, liaises with suppliers, supports account managers with obligation calculations, cleans and maintains EPIC database, and communicates with clients while adhering to ISO and health and safety policies.

Support and improve EPIC database data quality by running checks, cleansing inaccuracies, conducting the VDI Weighing Project, producing reports and insights, collaborating with consulting and supplier teams, and identifying cost-saving opportunities and benchmarking outputs.
