Develop, enhance, and support enterprise Salesforce and nCino platforms for lending and customer servicing. Design scalable solutions using Flows, Apex, triggers, and Lightning components; build integrations through APIs and middleware; establish development, testing, deployment, and governance standards; troubleshoot production issues; improve platform performance and security; and collaborate with stakeholders while mentoring colleagues.

Lead delivery of the People function, translating People and DEI strategy into operational outcomes. Own end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ER case management, policy and governance, reward and benefits, resourcing, performance, engagement, H&S and People MI while managing and developing the People team.

Lead lending transformation initiatives across product, operations, credit, commercial, technology, risk, and compliance. Own the roadmap, backlog, requirements, prioritization, discovery, delivery, and adoption of improvements to customer and broker journeys. Drive process automation, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement using customer research, data, KPIs, and cross-functional collaboration.

Supports credit-approved lending deals through completion and drawdown by managing transaction pipelines, coordinating internal and external stakeholders, validating documents, and completing KYC, AML, credit, fraud, and World-Check checks. Maintains accurate loan and customer records, monitors service levels, escalates delays, supports operational reporting and UAT, and identifies process improvements. The role requires strong organisation, communication, attention to detail, compliance awareness, and customer focus within a financial services environment.

Support day-to-day management and servicing of an assigned loan portfolio, including arrears management, covenant testing, annual reviews, maturities, extensions, restructures, payment allocations, and stakeholder/customer engagement while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Support broker onboarding, manage incoming lending enquiries, review and package loan applications to policy standards, collaborate with Lending Managers, maintain pipelines and records, and escalate exceptions while contributing to process improvements.

Lead requirements gathering and process mapping for SME lending operations. Work in an agile cross-functional squad to define, test, and implement improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive automation and continuous improvement.
