Manage progression of credit-approved lending deals from approval to drawdown, handling credit searches, KYC/AML checks, supplier liaison, deal records, MI reporting, SLA performance, process improvement and system testing.

Support day-to-day management and servicing of an assigned loan portfolio, including arrears management, covenant testing, annual reviews, maturities, extensions, restructures, payment allocations, and stakeholder/customer engagement while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Support broker onboarding, manage incoming lending enquiries, review and package loan applications to policy standards, collaborate with Lending Managers, maintain pipelines and records, and escalate exceptions while contributing to process improvements.

Lead requirements gathering and process mapping for SME lending operations. Work in an agile cross-functional squad to define, test, and implement improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive automation and continuous improvement.

Own and grow broker and direct customer relationships to originate commercial and residential property-secured loans. Produce credit papers, perform credit analysis, ensure proposals meet risk appetite and returns, support product appetite reviews, mentor junior lending staff, manage data quality, represent the bank at broker events, and ensure regulatory and compliance adherence.

Lead delivery of the People function, translating People and DEI strategy into operational outcomes. Own end-to-end HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ER case management, policy and governance, reward and benefits, resourcing, performance, engagement, H&S and People MI while managing and developing the People team.
