Build, deploy, and maintain third-party integrations across APIs and external services. Develop full-stack features with a backend focus, design PostgreSQL schemas and queries, troubleshoot cross-system issues, and improve performance, scalability, observability, reliability, and asynchronous processing. Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for CRM and marketing platforms. Lead projects, solve complex technical challenges, and support long-term engineering scalability.

Owns Rechat’s self-serve monetization funnel from acquisition through signup, activation, checkout, upgrades, billing, reactivation, and lifecycle outreach. The role focuses on improving conversion, time to value, attach rate, and revenue per agent through pricing, packaging, experimentation, instrumentation, branded onboarding, and AI-assisted purchasing journeys. This senior product manager will build scalable self-serve experiences for individual real estate agents and small businesses.
