RecargaPay Benefits Overview

Leads the technical execution, governance, development, integration, security, reliability, and evolution of SAP S/4HANA and corporate systems. Develops and reviews ABAP solutions, manages upgrades and Brazilian fiscal adaptations, governs transports and partners, oversees integrations and operational standards, and serves as Tier 3 incident escalation. Establishes a clean-core, API-first architecture and operating model while mentoring engineers and aligning technical delivery with regulatory requirements including BACEN, LGPD, and SOX.

Lead strategy, operations, and optimization for acquiring and sub-acquiring payment products, including bill payments, mobile top-ups, Tap to Pay, and Payment Link. Manage partner relationships, regulatory compliance, cross-functional initiatives, performance analysis, customer experience improvements, business cases, and market innovation. The role requires strong payments expertise, financial analysis, P&L knowledge, advanced Excel, moderate SQL, and experience in fintech or acquiring businesses.

Analyze business data to build dashboards, reports, and models; define metrics with cross-functional teams; identify trends; deliver actionable recommendations; and support analytics standards and data quality for performance monitoring and decision-making.
