Own 10–15 strategic customer accounts from deployment through expansion and retention. Build churn early-warning processes, develop account playbooks, drive cross-selling, partner with account executives on handoffs, and share customer insights with product, sales, and marketing. The role requires technical credibility with engineering buyers, commercial ownership of renewals or expansion, and comfort operating independently at an early-stage startup.

Own the developer experience function across post-sales customer support, API integration guidance, technical documentation, sample code, demos, customer feedback, self-service product flows, debugging tools, and internal workflows. This founding role requires close customer collaboration, technical communication, software development, and initiative in building the function from scratch.

Own accounting close, financial reporting, revenue recognition, and financial controls for a high-growth usage-based software company. Reconcile metered usage with billing and the general ledger, manage accounting operations, audits, sales tax, and finance systems, and prepare board-ready reporting. The Controller will partner with Engineering, Data, Revenue Operations, Sales, and the CFO while building scalable processes and managing the accounting team.
