Serve as trusted advisor to senior city stakeholders, run implementations, join enterprise sales as the product/implementation expert, build customer success playbooks and processes, and translate customer learnings into prioritized product and business improvements across cross-functional teams.

Lead and execute Recs growth marketing strategy to drive awareness and high-quality pipeline across municipal Parks & Rec and private recreation segments. Build ABM and market-based programs, create sales-ready assets, operate HubSpot and the B2B marketing stack, apply AI-enabled workflows, ensure reliable marketing measurement and attribution, run experiments, manage budget and vendors, and build a small high-performing marketing team aligned with Sales and Product to convert demand into revenue.

As a Senior Software Engineer at Rec, you'll shape key product aspects, collaborate across teams, build scalable platforms, and utilize AI technology. You will influence product strategy and ensure quality code delivery, essential for enhancing user experiences in recreation management.
