As a Business Development Representative, you will identify agency partners in the Shopify ecosystem, engage them through outreach, set up meetings, and support partner activation and co-marketing efforts, contributing to revenue goals.

Provide overnight technical support for merchants and partners: troubleshoot software and network issues, install and upgrade software, create and update documentation, prepare technical reports, coordinate cross-functional resolution, and recommend system/process improvements.

Lead product vision and execution, manage Product Owner and Design teams, set product KPIs, and act as product voice for Rebuy's monetization and ecommerce solutions.
