Leads on-site technical support for a manufacturing software platform, resolving complex issues across plant operations, integrations, distributed systems, and AWS services. Partners with plant leadership, Product, Development, and DevOps teams to improve reliability, monitoring, deployments, and production workflows. Translates manufacturing requirements into technical solutions, conducts root-cause analysis, improves support processes, and mentors less-experienced engineers. The role requires strong software, cloud, database, integration, and manufacturing systems expertise.

Supports and operates Cadonix smartBuild software at an on-site harness manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include troubleshooting software, integrations, data, and shop-floor hardware; developing AWS-based scripts and tools; gathering change requests; coordinating with product and development teams; supporting testing; conducting root-cause analysis; and training users. The role requires customer engagement, production workflow knowledge, software development or implementation experience, and proficiency with cloud development, programming, databases, operating systems, and deployment practices.

Leads purchasing, logistics, shipping and receiving, inventory management, kitting, supplier relationships, customs compliance, and ERP processes. Develops procurement strategies, coaches purchasing staff, improves inventory accuracy and material flow, maintains AS9100-compliant supplier records, supports ecommerce fulfillment, and drives Lean continuous improvements across production and commercial teams.
