Design and develop mechanical machine components and assemblies under senior-engineer guidance. Create SolidWorks models and drawings, perform engineering calculations and analyses, maintain design documentation, participate in reviews, research technical solutions, support safety initiatives, and collaborate with vendors and clients. The role includes occasional travel to project sites and opportunities to grow through increasingly responsible machine-design work.

Provides day-to-day HR support, responds to employee inquiries, maintains personnel records and HRIS data, coordinates leave administration, recruitment, onboarding, exit interviews, and terminations. Supports policy compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll functions, reporting, corporate initiatives, and special projects, escalating complex matters to senior HR leadership.

Leads Re:Build’s Forward Deployed Engineering team, hiring and developing engineers who deliver full-stack digital solutions across manufacturing sites and functions. Partners with stakeholders to prioritize opportunities, guides technical delivery, establishes engineering standards, builds reusable delivery assets, measures solution impact, and promotes AI-assisted development tools. Requires strong software engineering, customer-facing delivery, people leadership, DevSecOps, Agile/SAFe, and cross-functional program management experience. The role includes approximately 25% domestic travel to customer sites.
