Lead sourcing, purchasing, and planning for a wire harness production line. Ensure material availability, manage suppliers, create purchase orders, maintain ERP/MRP and BOM accuracy, develop procurement/planning processes and metrics, drive inventory strategy and cost-saving initiatives, and coordinate cross-functional communication to meet production schedules and customer deliveries.

Lead end-to-end product execution for an AI-native platform for hardware development: run discovery with hardware teams, write specs and PRDs, drive roadmap and timelines, prototype and demo early, and translate hardware program workflows into shipped product.

Lead design, analysis, and development of electro-mechanical control systems for industrial machinery. Perform PLC and HMI development, support motion control, robotics, safety circuits, and FEA analysis. Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and provide engineering support to manufacturing and technical staff.
