Teams at Rebuild

Manage a large portfolio of Tier 3 customer accounts through scalable engagement, self-service onboarding, and repeatable customer success playbooks. Own auto-renewals, triage support requests within a 48-hour SLA, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate with CS and Sales leadership. The role also requires translating technical concepts for contractors, tracking account health, and improving processes in an early-stage, in-office NYC environment.

Build and improve a web platform for restoration contractors. Develop features across front-end and AI-driven voice/vision systems, ship high-quality code, mentor teammates, optimize systems, and shape engineering processes to scale the product.

Lead end-to-end product design for Rebuild: conduct field discovery with contractors, run customer research and usability testing, create user journeys and high-fidelity UI, own and evolve the design system, and collaborate closely with engineering to ship and iterate features.
