Lead end-to-end onboarding, troubleshoot product issues, drive adoption, run business reviews, surface expansion opportunities, identify at-risk accounts, and translate customer needs into actionable product recommendations while working cross-functionally with sales and product.

Lead end-to-end product design for Rebuild: conduct field discovery with contractors, run customer research and usability testing, create user journeys and high-fidelity UI, own and evolve the design system, and collaborate closely with engineering to ship and iterate features.
