The role requires strong native mobile engineering expertise and engineering leadership experience.

Own the growth product roadmap across web, onboarding, and conversion. Develop acquisition and activation funnels, identify high-potential user segments, run experiments, and turn insights into measurable commercial results. Partner with marketing, data, and engineering while researching users, competitors, distribution models, and go-to-market opportunities. The role requires strong product ownership, commercial judgment, creativity, and experience with consumer apps, marketplaces, fintech, or telecom.

Lead modernization of Rebtel's iOS app by migrating Objective-C to Swift/SwiftUI, refactoring legacy code, building features with Combine, shaping architecture (VIPER→MVVM-C), collaborating cross-functionally, improving CI/CD and testing, and shipping and monitoring App Store releases.
