Lead on-site and remote software engineers, own software architecture, and coordinate development across embedded systems, robotics software, and supporting applications. Ensure code quality, testing, documentation, scalability, and hardware-software integration. Identify technical risks, troubleshoot complex systems, plan delivery priorities, mentor engineers, and support debugging during development and field testing in a robotics and UAV environment.

Define verification and validation strategy for integrated robotic systems; build automated test infrastructure, rigs, harnesses, and scripts; perform system, integration, regression, bench, flight, and field testing; analyze operational data; maintain requirements traceability; and support certification, field testing, and customer demonstrations.
