Teams at Rebellion

Manage HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, employee records, probation, absence, family leave, flexible working, employee relations support, and offboarding. Provide policy and process guidance to employees and managers, maintain accurate HRIS data, ensure compliance with UK employment legislation, handle confidential information, and identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Owns the full-cycle in-house recruitment process across multiple departments, partnering with hiring managers and HR to develop sourcing strategies, build candidate pipelines, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, manage ATS records, track recruitment metrics, and support employer branding. The role also represents Rebellion at recruitment events and helps deliver an excellent candidate experience. It is based onsite at the Oxford headquarters and requires travel to recruitment events.

Adapt, optimize, debug, and integrate existing game codebases for Apple hardware and platforms. Work with senior engineers on low-level systems, performance optimization, cross-platform development, and maintaining clean, efficient, stable, well-documented code.
