Build and improve customer-facing products and internal services for a domain and hosting platform. Develop React interfaces and Node.js APIs, with occasional legacy .NET work. Collaborate with product and engineering teams, write clean tested code, participate in agile delivery, deployments, production support, incident resolution, and modernization efforts. Work with cloud architecture, CI/CD, containers, infrastructure as code, security, scalability, and performance while contributing to code reviews, documentation, and knowledge sharing.

Manage and support Windows and Linux production servers and AWS infrastructure. Maintain hosting platforms (Plesk, WordPress), handle onboarding/offboarding, incident response and on-call duties, improve documentation and processes, harden security (patching, access controls, audit logs), and automate repetitive tasks.

Lead a small technical team as a Systems Administrator, overseeing IT operations, cloud infrastructure, security practices, and incident response, while improving automation and service delivery.
