Implement and audit CRM integrations between client systems and the RealWork platform, troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate with Product and Engineering. Support customers through phone and Zoom consultations, maintain Salesforce records, answer product questions, install web widgets, edit responsive HTML/CSS layouts, and create digital marketing content. The role also supports inbound customer service, develops implementation best practices, and maintains internal documentation and CSS libraries.

Build and launch contractor websites using RealWork’s Duda-based platform. Configure layouts, modules, content, embeds, domains, and light HTML/CSS customizations. Review and refine AI-generated copy, apply SEO and local GEO best practices, ensure visual polish, and QA sites across desktop and mobile for performance, accessibility, links, and accuracy. Collaborate with Activation and Customer Success teams, audit launched sites, and improve reusable templates and implementation workflows.

As a Sales Development Representative at RealWork, you'll cold call leads, set product demonstrations, and collaborate with the sales team to drive growth in home service professionals' online presence.

The Account Executive role involves generating and closing new sales opportunities, managing leads, and showcasing solutions to potential customers.
