Founded in Austin by Alina Villarreal (Director of Innovation), Matt Cordova (Director of Business Development), and Anthony Gibson (Director of Growth), Realty Haus was created to function more like a business design studio than a traditional team. We sit under Keller Williams, but everything we use, our systems, automations, marketing infrastructure, and reporting, is developed in-haus™.

Our mission is to help our agents operate like business owners, not just salespeople. We don’t hand out leads; we provide frameworks, tools, and strategies that help each person design a scalable, referral-driven business that reflects who they are.

Each founder brings distinct strengths that make the whole stronger:

Alina, our designer, developer and systems architect, builds the digital backbone. Automations, process flows, brand systems, and user experiences that make the business run seamlessly.

Anthony, our growth strategist, brings 15+ years of real estate expertise, community leadership, and a reputation built on authenticity and results.

Matt, our operator and strategist, blends his McCombs business background with a love for optimization, partnership growth, and next-level client service.
