Owns enterprise-scale smart building retrofit, upgrade, and technology deployment projects from contract handoff through closeout. Manages schedules, budgets, margins, change orders, risks, quality, resident communications, and stakeholder coordination across occupied multifamily communities. Oversees deployments involving smart home devices, access control, IoT, Wi-Fi, network infrastructure, and resident technology platforms while coordinating field services, subcontractors, supply chain, engineering, customers, and support teams.

Manages multiple data science and machine learning projects from scoping through deployment and continuous improvement. Coordinates Data Science, Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders; maintains plans, dependencies, risks, and reporting; facilitates Agile ceremonies; removes blockers; and supports MLOps readiness, model releases, monitoring, retraining, documentation, and process improvement.

Responsible for acquiring new customers, growing existing accounts, managing a geographic sales territory, and exceeding revenue quotas. Duties include prospecting, qualification, consultative selling, sales funnel management, product presentations, executive-level relationship building, implementation follow-up, and outbound outreach. The role requires frequent client and industry meetings, field activity, and travel of up to 40%, including some overnight and weekend travel.
