Act as the technical field lead for customer integrations and onsite deployments. Prototype and debug solutions in degraded industrial environments, translate field insights into technical requirements, lead integration work (APIs, data pipelines, hardware interfaces), enable successful mission-critical deployments, support pre-sales demos, and feed operational feedback to product and engineering teams.

Own the full product lifecycle for an AI-first mining platform: gather customer insights onsite, prototype in-field, define and prioritize roadmap, work closely with engineering and sales, shape standards with government partners, and scale product management processes to deliver enterprise and industrial safety/optimization features.
