Lead high-stakes consulting engagements across utilities, startups, and government: develop strategy, translate grid and DER technical complexity into commercial insight, drive business development, mentor teams, codify IP, and author thought leadership while designing venture and commercialization pathways.

Embed on a live engagement as an MBA intern owning an end-to-end workstream: build economic models, draft buyer-specific messaging and pitches, prepare customer conversations, present to teams/clients, and support venture commercialization and sales motion development for energy and transportation clients.

Lead and run client engagements with utilities, gridtech startups, and corporates: scope strategy, run workshops, direct analysis, and translate insights into pilots, products, and ventures. Manage small teams, serve as primary client contact, design business models for grid technologies, and help build reusable IP and toolkits to scale innovation.
