Provides administrative and operational support for a Guardianship Program by maintaining confidential records, tracking deadlines and filings, coordinating financial transactions, recruiting and supporting volunteers and interns, preparing reports and correspondence, and communicating with internal departments, courts, attorneys, service providers, and community partners. Requires strong organization, communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and completion of background and screening requirements.

Provide direct guardianship services including regular client visits, advocacy, care coordination, legal and financial management, documentation and reporting, volunteer recruitment and supervision, community outreach, and after-hours coverage to ensure clients' personal, medical, and financial needs are met.
