Leads public company legal matters, including SEC reporting, securities filings, corporate governance, Nasdaq compliance, capital markets transactions, financing, strategic transactions, subsidiary management, insider trading compliance, and equity compensation. Partners with executives, the Board, Finance, Investor Relations, internal teams, and outside counsel while managing complex matters independently in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and grow Realtor and joint venture partnerships for title and escrow services. The role generates new business, manages sales pipelines, executes client-specific growth plans, conducts consultative selling, meets revenue goals, maintains CRM records, and represents the company at networking and industry events. Candidates need title insurance sales experience, strong relationship management and negotiation skills, B2B sales success, and familiarity with CRM and title or escrow systems.

Own platform architecture, infrastructure security, access controls, database maturity, and AWS migration. Write secure production code, establish infrastructure standards, review security changes, partner with InfoSec, mentor engineers, troubleshoot recurring failures, and guide DevOps implementation. The role also supports AI infrastructure, model serving, agent observability, React and TypeScript applications, and infrastructure security on-call responsibilities.
