Oversee mortgage compliance, licensing, renewals, NMLS filings, continuing education, policies, training, advertising reviews, regulatory monitoring, audits, and examinations. Advise leadership and mortgage professionals on federal and state requirements, licensing, disclosures, compensation, referrals, fair lending, privacy, AML/BSA, and information security. Support new-state expansion, regulatory submissions, risk mitigation, and cross-functional compliance initiatives.
