Responsibilities include prospecting, consultative selling, client-specific growth planning, pipeline and CRM management, sales target achievement, industry networking, and advising partners on title and escrow products. The role requires strong relationship management, negotiation, presentation, and knowledge of title insurance, real estate, and regulatory requirements. Quarterly regional travel is required.

Oversee mortgage compliance, licensing, renewals, NMLS filings, continuing education, policies, training, advertising reviews, regulatory monitoring, audits, and examinations. Advise leadership and mortgage professionals on federal and state requirements, licensing, disclosures, compensation, referrals, fair lending, privacy, AML/BSA, and information security. Support new-state expansion, regulatory submissions, risk mitigation, and cross-functional compliance initiatives.
