Responsibilities include integrating commercial and open-source models, developing RAG pipelines with vector databases, creating evaluation and safety systems, applying prompt engineering and guardrails, and contributing to architecture, testing, and debugging. The role also involves advising client stakeholders, selecting suitable technologies, and helping teams develop AI-enabled software practices.

Lead Reaktor’s global B2B marketing strategy across brand, talent, and sales marketing. Develop sector-specific plans, strengthen brand awareness and affinity, support inbound growth, lead the global Marketing and Communications team, manage budgets, track KPIs, analyze market trends and client insights, and collaborate with business units, People & Culture, leadership, and specialists. The role is hybrid and based in Helsinki.
