Own and scale the data platform powering ReadyOn's real-time labor OS. Design and operate batch and real-time pipelines, transformations, and data services (Python, PySpark, Airflow, Glue, Snowflake, Postgres). Build connectors, observability, data quality, and feature-store infrastructure while partnering with AI, backend, and product teams and providing technical leadership and mentorship.

Build, sharpen, and scale real-time frontend features for an AI-native labor orchestration platform. Ship production React/TypeScript UIs, maintain component libraries, ensure testing, performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility while working closely with core engineering and AI teams.

Lead evolution and maintenance of a cross-platform design system and front-end libraries. Build tooling and documentation, partner with product, engineering, and design teams to ensure accessible, polished UI and consistent component APIs, improve developer experience, and support prototyping and product vision.
