Design and implement decoupled TypeScript/Node.js (NestJS) services, work with Python components, optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries, manage migrations and concurrency, integrate GraphQL, and collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to deliver high-impact production features. Onsite in San Francisco.

Build, sharpen, and scale real-time frontend features for an AI-native labor orchestration platform. Ship production React/TypeScript UIs, maintain component libraries, ensure testing, performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility while working closely with core engineering and AI teams.

Own and scale the data platform powering ReadyOn's real-time labor OS. Design and operate batch and real-time pipelines, transformations, and data services (Python, PySpark, Airflow, Glue, Snowflake, Postgres). Build connectors, observability, data quality, and feature-store infrastructure while partnering with AI, backend, and product teams and providing technical leadership and mentorship.
