Build and operate ReadyOn’s signal-to-meeting GTM engine for enterprise outbound and inbound campaigns. Responsibilities include account and contact enrichment, AI-generated messaging, campaign execution across email and LinkedIn, deliverability, HubSpot administration, lead routing, suppression, reporting, and sales handoffs. The role also develops scalable AI agents, automation, playbooks, prompts, and runbooks while identifying effective account signals and optimizing qualified pipeline generation.

Provides technical support to enterprise clients by investigating issues, troubleshooting scheduling and workforce-management problems, documenting findings, communicating updates, and escalating complex cases. The role also contributes to support processes, internal documentation, recurring-issue analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success. This remote entry-level position requires strong written English, attention to detail, empathy, problem-solving, ownership, and comfort working in a changing startup environment.

Own end-to-end Fortune 500 enterprise software deployments from SOW signature through implementation, go-live, change management, value realization, and expansion. Coordinate Product, Engineering, AI, Operations, Sales, and client stakeholders; translate technical complexity into operational outcomes; define ROI and success metrics; lead executive alignment and QBRs; convert bespoke delivery work into scalable playbooks, dashboards, and templates; and communicate customer insights to influence product priorities.
