Own enterprise customer accounts from implementation through adoption, renewal assistance, and expansion. Lead onboarding, technical working sessions, QBRs, and escalations while serving as the primary product expert. Troubleshoot OpenAPI, CLI/API integrations, CI/CD syncing, custom JavaScript/CSS, authentication, and SSO configurations. Identify growth opportunities, advocate for customers internally, provide product feedback, and build AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency.

Own enterprise customer accounts from implementation through adoption, renewal assistance, and expansion. Serve as the primary technical and strategic contact, lead customer calls, troubleshoot product and authentication issues, configure documentation hubs, and integrate ReadMe through OpenAPI, CLI, APIs, and CI/CD. Build AI-assisted workflows, identify growth opportunities, advocate for customers internally, and provide product feedback to Engineering and Product.
