Design and reverse-engineer mechanical components and assemblies for equipment rebuilds, retrofits, and upgrades. Create 3D models, fabrication and assembly drawings, BOMs, and installation documentation. Inspect field equipment, support quotations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify design risks, and provide technical support through manufacturing, installation, and startup.

Lead manufacturing cost accounting efforts: analyze costs, optimize inventory, support product costing and variance analysis, develop KPIs/dashboards, and support monthly/annual close while partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Build and lead EHS programs across multiple manufacturing sites. Develop safety procedures, conduct inspections and audits, ensure OSHA compliance, investigate incidents, deliver employee training, maintain records, and partner with operations to reduce hazards. Periodic travel between company locations required.

Lead R&D of intelligent automation and smart machine capabilities for industrial baking equipment. Design, prototype, test, and implement PLC-based controls, diagnostics, machine vision, data collection, predictive maintenance, and AI-enabled tools. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Technical Services, and customers for commissioning, troubleshooting, standards, and scalable solutions to improve uptime, reliability, and serviceability.
