Lead a shop-floor assembly team while remaining hands-on: plan daily work, assemble and troubleshoot custom industrial bakery machinery from prints and BOMs, coordinate with engineering, support testing/start-up, and coach team members with focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Design, prototype, and test intelligent industrial equipment. Develop diagnostics, condition monitoring, operator guidance, and predictive maintenance using PLCs, machine vision, AI/ML, IIoT, and edge devices. Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer startups while improving controls and machine designs.

Set up and operate manual and CNC mills/lathes to machine precision components per engineering drawings. Perform turning, milling, drilling and finishing; inspect with precision instruments; maintain tooling and documentation; follow safety and quality procedures and collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to improve processes.

Lead global sourcing, supplier management, and logistics strategy to ensure cost-effective, compliant supply networks. Develop supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, manage international logistics and trade compliance, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and service teams. Monitor market trends, improve supplier performance, and support inventory and stock strategy decisions.
