Operate large manual engine lathes to machine, repair, and refurbish rolls, shafts, and precision components to blueprint specifications. Interpret drawings, set up tooling, verify dimensions with precision instruments, maintain tolerances, assist on mills and other manual machines, use overhead cranes for heavy work, and support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.

Lead R&D of intelligent automation and smart machine capabilities for industrial baking equipment. Design, prototype, test, and implement PLC-based controls, diagnostics, machine vision, data collection, predictive maintenance, and AI-enabled tools. Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Technical Services, and customers for commissioning, troubleshooting, standards, and scalable solutions to improve uptime, reliability, and serviceability.

Lead manufacturing cost accounting efforts: analyze costs, optimize inventory, support product costing and variance analysis, develop KPIs/dashboards, and support monthly/annual close while partnering with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
