Develop and optimize Android launcher applications and SDKs using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Collaborate with app teams on SDK integration, create innovative user experiences, improve memory efficiency and performance, and provide technical mentorship. The role focuses on high-impact Android development, launcher architecture, scalable SDK design, and user-centric interface innovation.

Develop and maintain high-scale Android applications, including launcher features, MVPs, A/B tests, analytics-driven improvements, and monetization functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product architecture and roadmaps, integrate third-party APIs and libraries, optimize performance, fix bugs, and maintain a strong crash-free rate. The role requires production Kotlin development, Coroutines, Jetpack Compose, and modern architectural patterns such as MVVM.

Own and grow mobile app products, especially Android Launchers, by executing product vision, developing roadmaps, launching features, analyzing performance data, and optimizing outcomes. Collaborate with App Studio Managers and technical teams, monitor product metrics such as CPA, CTR, retention, revenue per user, and LTV, and make data-driven decisions to improve product success.
