Provide executive support to the CEO including calendar and meeting management, preparing briefings and presentations, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing board and investor engagements, supporting business development and external communications, tracking action items, and handling sensitive information. Act as an extension of the CEO to drive execution across commercial, operations, finance, HR, sales and marketing.

Lead global HR operations across India, Southeast Asia and Africa: own recruitment, onboarding, compensation, performance cycles, standardize contracts/policies, manage HR systems, support payroll coordination, lead talent acquisition and employer branding, build scalable onboarding, and drive culture, engagement, inclusion and wellbeing across a distributed workforce during rapid expansion.

Lead and scale reach52's Africa Impact team: set strategy, build regional structure, manage programs, partners and M&E, drive fundraising and partnerships, recruit and coach staff, and represent the organisation externally to ensure mission-aligned public health delivery across the continent.
