Lead global HR operations across India, Southeast Asia and Africa: own recruitment, onboarding, compensation, performance cycles, standardize contracts/policies, manage HR systems, support payroll coordination, lead talent acquisition and employer branding, build scalable onboarding, and drive culture, engagement, inclusion and wellbeing across a distributed workforce during rapid expansion.

Provide executive support to the CEO including calendar and meeting management, preparing briefings and presentations, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, managing board and investor engagements, supporting business development and external communications, tracking action items, and handling sensitive information. Act as an extension of the CEO to drive execution across commercial, operations, finance, HR, sales and marketing.

Lead cross-functional commercial initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. Drive business development, portfolio strategy, MIS reporting, performance scorecards, budgeting/forecasting, ROI analysis, and process/CRM optimisation. Provide analytics, develop insights, and prepare business cases for senior leadership while executing strategic priorities and improvement plans.
