Collect and clean public data, run primary research (interviews, surveys), standardize templates and visual frameworks, synthesize insights for business development and market access, and support ad-hoc strategic projects.

Lead cross-functional commercial initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. Drive business development, portfolio strategy, MIS reporting, performance scorecards, budgeting/forecasting, ROI analysis, and process/CRM optimisation. Provide analytics, develop insights, and prepare business cases for senior leadership while executing strategic priorities and improvement plans.
