Support planning, coordination and delivery of People projects with focus on HR technology and digital transformation. Maintain project plans, action logs and documentation, track progress and budgets, produce reports, collaborate with stakeholders across HR and Technology, manage multiple priorities, and identify process improvements to maximise technology and AI value.

Support growth of Reach's subscription products by running A/B tests, monitoring CPA/LTV/churn, mapping user journeys, conducting QA on paywall/product features, performing competitor and pricing research, and executing day-to-day operational tasks across Product, Marketing, Editorial, and Operations.

Lead end-to-end delivery of experiential and branded content campaigns, managing multiple projects, budgets, timelines and stakeholder relationships to meet KPIs. Identify risks, coordinate internal and external teams, and maintain supplier networks to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and to client expectations.
