The Program Manager will support early childhood systems integration by working with medical providers and staff, conducting site visits, and providing professional development and quality improvement guidance. They will maintain relationships with site leaders, manage program data, and represent Reach Out and Read in community meetings to enhance programming and outcomes.

The Program Manager will oversee program implementation in western Iowa, fostering partnerships, ensuring quality, and maintaining data reporting while enhancing community collaboration.

The Major Gifts Officer will manage donor relationships and fundraising strategies, aiming to secure major contributions for the organization.
