Reach for Resources, Inc. is a Minnetonka-based nonprofit that provides person-centered disability and mental health services across Minnesota. Programs include employment supports, housing and independent-living services, adaptive recreation, counseling and waiver case management, and transportation—helping people of all abilities maximize independence, community engagement, and physical and emotional well-being.
