Supports implementation of the risk management framework across Customer & Consumer and Product portfolios. Provides risk and compliance advice, facilitates risk workshops, assesses change and technology-related risks, maintains risk profiles and controls, supports incident and audit-action management, reports risk exposures, and promotes risk-aware culture through collaboration with business leaders and specialist functions.

Lead end-to-end product design for seller-lead experiences used by agents, agencies, sellers, and property owners. Partner with Product and Engineering to identify opportunities, conduct research, prototype, deliver, and iterate across web and native apps. Use data and experimentation to measure impact, contribute to squad strategy, strengthen design systems, mentor designers, participate in critiques, and influence stakeholders in a collaborative agile environment.

Own REA’s FinOps product capability, including strategy, roadmap, dashboards, cost insights, alerts, governance, and adoption. Partner with Finance, Engineering, Procurement, Legal, Risk, cloud providers, and vendors to improve cloud spend reporting, forecasting, optimization, savings, and software and SaaS lifecycle decisions. Translate complex technical and financial information into actionable insights and influence stakeholders across the organization.
