The Chief Revenue Officer will lead Re:wild’s revenue growth strategy, expanding annual revenue from $100 million to $250 million by 2030. Responsibilities include leading philanthropy, developing major donor and institutional funding strategies, integrating innovative finance mechanisms, building advisory councils, strengthening donor stewardship, and overseeing Salesforce-based pipeline management and forecasting. The role partners with executive, program, communications, and operations teams to secure funding for global conservation initiatives.

Leads Re:wild’s Africa conservation strategy, partnerships, programs, fundraising, and regional team. Develops and implements initiatives across biodiversity hotspots, coordinates thematic and regional efforts, builds alliances with governments, communities, NGOs, and funders, and secures conservation investment. The role also provides regional expertise, manages staff and budgets, supports professional development, and represents the organization with donors and external stakeholders. Frequent international travel and collaboration across time zones are expected.
