Lead full-cycle recruitment across EMEA and AMER/LATAM, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience, maintain ATS data and recruitment metrics.

Design and implement high-performance Java applications with strong emphasis on data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and JVM internals. Build streaming data architectures (Kafka), work with data mesh/lake/warehousing solutions, and deploy/manage workloads on Kubernetes (including operators). Integrate with message brokers (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and databases (Oracle, MongoDB). Troubleshoot and optimize Java applications for client projects.
